About Us
Generation 2 Generation (G2G) is a Holocaust Education Charity, established to empower second and third generation Holocaust survivor descendants to present their family histories to a wide variety of audiences. Through the use of survivor testimony, we aim to keep these Holocaust stories alive and promote the importance of inclusivity and human rights.

Our Story
In 2016 four women came together with a vision. They recognised the need for descendants of survivors to have a significant role in Holocaust education and to ensure that their family stories continued to be told. They recognised the value of recounting personal histories to engage young audiences. They also understood the importance of using eye-witness testimony to ensure the voices of the victims and the survivors continue to be heard.
Sharman Berwald, Bernice Krantz, Helen Stone and Lesley Urbach joined forces to create Generation 2 Generation (G2G). Soon after, they were joined by Simon Waxman and then Anita Peleg. Together they developed the concept and in January 2020 G2G became a charity, recruiting a Board of Trustees and communications and social media experts, Suzy Goodwin and Katie Palmer. Our planning committee has continued to grow into a team of skilled professionals and G2G has developed into a committed community of survivors, speakers, volunteers, trustees, advisors, mentors and trainers.
