G2G News
April 2024
This is the first edition of our new e-newsletter which will replace our pdf version that was produced seasonally. We are aiming to produce more frequent but shorter newsletters in this digital format as we adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape.
In this issue you can find out about our upcoming events including our concert on May 19th, read about how G2G covered Holocaust Memorial Day and the number of presentations our speakers made, hear from John Wood about his experience as a G2G speaker as well as learn about a new G2G partner and some of our partner events.
We hope you enjoy the new format. Please do let us have your feedback!

Holocaust Memorial Day – G2G Presentations
Becoming a G2G Speaker has given me a meaningful and worthwhile purpose
Zikaron B’Salon
We are excited to announce that G2G has a new partner. Zikaron BaSalon is an Israeli Holocaust organisation that keeps the stories of survivors alive by co-ordinating salons – gatherings to share and learn. Meetings are not limited to Israel; to date they have taken place in 65 countries! Hosts who offer their ‘salon’ – living room – are matched with speakers who themselves lived through the Shoah or are a close relative. Guests (usually friends of the host) could number from small to large. If you would like to offer either your home or yourself as a speaker for the period around Yom HaShoah this year (April – May, especially 5-6 May) please use the following links:

To offer yourself as a speaker Speaker Availability Form
You do not need to be a G2G presenter to apply, nor do you need an audio-visual presentation.
